Partnered with Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity from Rhodes College to pass out Blessing Bags to those in need. They are a very active community partner

Lunch during Spring Break- Partnered with Masjid Al-Mu’minun to help serve lunch and pass out toiletries, pampers, and fruit, and vegetables.

Career Development and Financial Literacy partnered with Dr. and Mr. Simmons to share resume building and interviewing skills for those in need

Dr. S. Simmons lecturing ands sharing information about the importance of writing a resume’ and developing interviewing skills to make yourself marketable to employers. Mr. Simmons shared the importance of managing your money and financial literacy.

Community partner Masjid Al-Mu’minun sharing information about their pantry that serves over 100 families each month.

Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity is always eager to help us serve the community.

The Metamorphosis Project partnered with Memphis Merit Academy to create The Roots and Wings Community Garden to combat food scarcity in the neighborhood where the school is located.

Tomatoes and Zucchini grown in the student garden. We cooked the zucchini and tasted it to show the students veggies are good!

Basil and tomatoes are harvested and given to individuals that desire to have them. This helps encourage healthy eating.

Partnered with other organizations to serve the students at THE LeMoyne-Owen College who were not able to go home for Thanksgiving and may not have had a good meal.

We served a meal at the Riverview Community Center with our community partner and played games and had a great time!

The students with the I Am Included program, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, and The Omega Lamplighters helped those in need with lunches, clothes, shoes, and blessing bags.

Metamorphosis Project sponsored a Community Outreach during the Thanksgiving season 2023. One of our community partners Refreshing Springs Church of The Nazarene is busy serving the participants a good hearty meal.
